Annual General Meeting of Class Asset Management Partners approved the results of the Company's 2011 activities as "satisfactory".

The Partners decided not to pay dividends on the 2011 earnings, instead allocate the larger part of earnings to reserves and the rest to financing the Company's activities in future periods.
