Svetlana Dyadchenko, President
Ms. Dyadchenko has played a pivotal role at JSC Piraeus Bank ICB, where she served as Deputy Chairman from 1999 to 2005 and subsequently as Chairman of the Board from 2005 to 2009. Her leadership and expertise were instrumental in guiding the bank through significant developments during her tenure. Ms. Dyadchenko is a distinguished graduate, holding an LLB from City University London, which has equipped her with a solid foundation in legal principles and banking regulations.
Oleksandr Taran, CEO
Mr. Taran has over 20 years of executive experience in Ukraine’s banking, financial, and public sectors. He held key positions at National Credit Bank and later led the internal audit function at UniCredit Bank Ukraine. Earlier, he oversaw internal control across the national branch network of Ukrprombank. He also headed the Revision Department at the Deposit Guarantee Fund and served as CFO of Nadra Holding, a group focused on seismic and geological exploration, where he also chaired the audit committees of multiple affiliated companies. His experience further includes senior finance roles across a range of private and state-owned companies.
Fedir Zinchenko, Deputy CEO
Mr Zinchenko has been with the Company nearly since its foundation and has followed a significant professional journey, progressing from the role of Assistant Asset Manager to Deputy CEO. He possesses extensive skills in his field and has a strong understanding of the dynamics of the domestic capital market, including its features, potential risks, and opportunities for development. Additionally, he has many years of experience in scientific and educational activities. He successfully defended his dissertation and earned the title of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Olena Gumenyuk, Head of Legal Department
In 2000-2009 Ms.Gumenyuk held the post of the Chief Counsel and Head of Legal Department at JSCB IMEXBANK, JSCB Transbank, JSCB Kiev, JSC International Commerce Bank (from September 2007 - JSC Piraeus Bank ICB). Ms.Gumenyuk graduated from the Ukrainian Financial and Economic Institute and from the Academy of Labor and Social Affairs.
