The termination process for the Venture Investment Fund "BROK GLOBAL INVESTMENTS" has been initiated (copy)
The Liquidation Commission announces that on December 26, 2023, the sole participant of LLC AMC ACE "CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT" decided to terminate the activities of the Venture Investment Fund "BROK GLOBAL INVESTMENTS." This decision to liquidate the Fund was made with the consent of all its participants, due to the overall unstable situation and the impracticality of continuing the Fund's operations (Decision of the sole participant of LLC AMC ACE "CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT" No. 26/12/23 dated December 26, 2023).
Creditors may submit applications for the satisfaction of their claims within one month, starting from the next business day after the publication of the notice of the Fund's liquidation.
