The termination process for the Venture Investment Fund "EURO GLOBAL INVESTMENTS" has been initiated
On May 3, 2023, the sole participant of LLC AMC ACE "CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT" decided to terminate the activities of the Mutual Venture Undiversified Closed-End Investment Fund "EURO GLOBAL INVESTMENTS" through liquidation. This decision was made because the value of the Fund's assets fell below the minimum required amount and did not recover to that minimum level within six months (as per the Decision of the sole participant of LLC AMC ACE "CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT" No. 03/05/23 dated May 3, 2023).
Applications for the settlement of creditors' claims will be accepted for one month, starting from the next business day after the publication of the liquidation notice.
