Between January 13, 2020, and February 17, 2020, the auditors from RADA LTD AUDIT FIRM LLC conducted an audit of the financial statements of the limited liability company, ASSET MANAGEMENT AND PENSION FUND ADMINISTRATION COMPANY "CLASS ASSET MANAGEMENT," for the period ending December 31, 2019. The audit included the following financial statements: the Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position), Statement of Financial Results (Statement of Comprehensive Income), Statement of Equity, Statement of Cash Flows (using the direct method), and the accompanying Notes to the Financial Statements.

The Company’s annual financial statements were prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. During the audit, no misstatements or errors were found, and the accounting system employed by the Company complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the financial statements accurately reflect the Company's financial position and adhere to the regulatory standards for accounting and reporting in Ukraine.
